Day 70….look closer
When the road ahead of us seems dark, unstable, and fraught with hardship, a small cure may be to take some time each day to look closely at things that are right in front of us - shapes, patterns, space around things, contrast in colours or textures - anything that changes our focus to what is just in sight or nearest to us so that we can take a deep breath and appreciate a quiet moment of observation.
