Day 9….from my collection

I love plant skeletons. I think cleaning up gardens or making nature tidy is unhelpful and gets in the way of plants providing a service. As Piet Oudolf says, seeing decay as something beautiful helps us to understand that death is part of life. We are all just a part of nature.

I’ve been sick all week and so I’ve had to use photos that I’ve taken when I was well to maintain my one piece of beauty each day.
