I was reminded of this lyric yesterday, while reading Charlie Angus’s Substack - The Resistance. Definitely worth reading and subscribing to.

I missed seeing Bruce Cockburn in Halifax the last time he was here. I’ve been to a few of his concerts - it is always magical to be in the presence of a true poet.
